Epoxy Coated Stainless Steel Cable Ties for Cable Protection & Industrial Fastening

Epoxy coated stainless steel cable ties combine metal fastening strength with an additional protective coating. Designed for cable bundling, pipe fastening and industrial installations where abrasion, corrosion and metal-to-metal contact are concerns.

Available in SS201, SS304 and SS316, with a self-locking ball-lock head, multiple sizes and custom coating colors.

Self-Locking Design & Coating Options

The integrated ball-lock mechanism provides fast, secure, non-releasable fastening without separate buckles. Standard construction: Epoxy-coated strap with an uncoated stainless steel locking head. Customized construction: Coated locking heads can be supplied upon request, subject to locking-performance verification.

Black is the standard color. Other colors are available for project identification, equipment matching and customized product requirements.

Material, Sizes & Performance

Available stainless steel grades include 201, 304 and 316, with strap widths from 4.6 to 19 mm and lengths from 100 to 1100 mm (other length can be produced upon request).

Working temperature, coating thickness and minimum loop tensile strength depend on the selected product specification.

For consistent installation, use a compatible stainless steel cable tie tensioning and cutting tool.
